Charles Baker, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., began consulting with executives, teams, and organizations in 1994. His primary goal for clients is to develop individualized engagements that address a client’s unique needs while laying the foundation for an adaptive leadership style. He is adept at translating advanced behavioral science theories and principles into real world business applications. Using a collaborative and guided discovery approach, he helps individuals and teams gain insight into the impact their behaviors have on their own and their team’s measurable performance. Additionally, he provides growth focused feedback in a gentle, straightforward, and respectful manner. Charles provides virtual office executive assessment and development for a highly diverse group of individuals and teams. Ninety percent of his clients hold senior leadership positions and work in a wide array of industries. He has provided consulting services for high technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial, fire and police, spiritual, non-profit, retail, and construction management organizations.
Dr. Charles Baker received a B.S. from Texas A&M University, a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Charles also completed a twelve-month post-doctoral fellowship in psychological assessment at the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. Dr. Baker is board certified in Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). He is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the American Psychological Association. Finally, he served ten years as a board member for the American Board of Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology.
